How early is too early to start taking care of your skin? For many adults, they regret neglecting their skincare routine. Here are some tips to begin your skincare journey as a teenager (or as an adult). 

  • Wash your face two times a day. Invest in a cleanser that fits your skin's needs
  • Start with a cleaning, toning, and moisturizing routine every morning and night
  • Exfoliate at least once a week
  • Drink water! Water keeps your body and skin hydrated, help fight acne
  • Sleep at least 8 hours a day
  • Exercise regularly 
  • Makeup damages young skin and causes acne and other skin issues, so use sparingly
  • Wash your face after working out
